- Job Responsibilities

- To maintain the condition of cleanliness and tidiness around site office and site facilities area in accordance with company standard so the condition of the office area is comfortable for the occupants and visitors.
To provide the routine operational needs of the office (stationary, drinking water, etc.) in the area of responsibility according to the standard facilities to support the company operational activities. - To arrange the availability of catering for all guests and employees in the office area so that all the visitors and employees in the office area gained the consumption in accordance with the standards established by the company.
- To prepare the infrastructure and facilities to support the company activities which held in the offices and facilities to support the smooth company operational.
- To plan the arrangement of the seating arrangement and set the procedures so that all employees and gusts can use the facilities of the company in accordance with the functions and purposes.
- To coordinate the liscense visit for both local and foreign guest who come to visit the area to conform to the regulations set by company and local governments.
- To coordinate the required permissions associated with the extention of work permit, stay permit and other permits of foreign workers that company needs to comply set by company or local government.
- To coordinate and monitor the site transportation so the employees and guest mobilization activities can runs smoothly in accordance with the interests of employees and guests.
- To coordinate with the security personnel in order of consistency security procedures to make sure the company in safe and conducive conditions.
Control and supervise the maintenance of Site Office facilities in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures to apply the smooth and successful operational in general affairs in company.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in all major
- MinimumĀ 4 years experience in similar position
- Required Competencies : General Affairs Management
- Good communication, leadership & managerial skills
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to work in Tanjung, South Kalimantan
