- Job Responsibilities
-
- Establish and maintain document tagging, numbering, and labeling procedures to ensure all documents are in order and available.
- Socialize document controlling systems and procedures to ensure its implementation so that all company documents are in order and accessible.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding company documemts to ensure that all documents are well updated with is latest version to keep track of the document revision.
- Prepare supporting documentations for company reports to be used during daily, weekly, monthly coordination meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the company’s daily operations.
- Coordinate and prepare business travel arrangements to ensure all business travel are done according to the prevailing policies and done on time.
- Arrange internal & external meetings and ensure that minutes of meeting are taken and circulated to the related parties.
Responsible to provide document controlling, secretarial, amdminsitrative, and travel ser vices to ensure company’s operations run smoothly.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma 3 all major
- Min. 2 (two) years experience as Secretary/ Document Controller
- Required Competencies : Document Management, Secretarial, Office Administration
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good communication skills
