- Job Responsibilities

- Supervising the Payroll System and Payroll Records
- Compute salaries, bonuses, benefits and deductions of all employees
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
- Be responsible for timely incentive payments
- Review and prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget based on existing compensation and benefits packages
- Ensure all information registered into the system is accurate and updated (new joiners/department/designation/grade/leave management/ticket entitlement)
- Ensure that all deductions and additional payments (including increments, commissions. bonuses) transactions are accurately applied to the salaries in a timely manner
- Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data on HR systems
- Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations

- Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Management
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Certified HRIS and Remuneration Management
- Fluent in formal report writing, inductive and deductive reasoning
- Advanced problem solving, critical thinking and have quality and service orientation
